Forum 3 celebrates its first year

Part of Polygon Properties’ property portfolio, Forum 3 in Jersey celebrated its first birthday on Friday with a drinks reception attended by friends, supporters, current and prospective occupants. Since its purchase back in 2013, the building has been refurbished and represents Jersey’s only ecosystem, a concept that originated in Silicon Valley and which is now found in other thriving business centres including San Francisco, London and Berlin. The ethos is to enable embryonic business ideas to incubate in a supportive environment and accelerate into fully formed businesses.

The second floor of the building, Stratus 2, provides accommodation for small businesses – from ‘one-man-bands’ to operations of up 10 staff. It has remained at full capacity since the building was opened.

Based on the success of Forum 3 and the level of take-up from the Jersey business community, Forum 4 was purchased earlier this year. It has now been refurbished and new occupants have already moved in.

These two buildings form an important element of Polygon’s growing property investment portfolio and reflect a positive economic climate in Jersey.

We congratulate the Forum 3 management team on its achievements over the past year and look forward to its continuing success in the future.
